Overview
Well Services Group (WSG) came to Reuzer looking for simple, accessible digital learning. They decided to sign their whole organisation up to our game-changing platform, with access to a selection of courses from our own suite of e-learning content as well some custom-created content of their own. And we couldn’t be happier to have them onboard.
Who?
Founded in 2005, WSG provides a full range of specialist well intervention, process and pipeline, industrial, and valve services, both onshore and offshore, to the international oil and gas, LNG, petrochemical, and geothermal industries. Headquartered in the Netherlands, WSG has an international presence, with offices in the UK, Continental Europe and throughout Asia.
What?
Getting set up
Onboarding WSG staff was simple – a few key documents outlined the full enrolment process for both platform admins and users. And if they wanted clarification, each document had a QR code, giving them access to a selection of short how-to tutorials.
We also had a video call with the designated admins to talk them through the basics of the platform and share access to those how-to videos, so they felt confident to get started on their own.
Using the platform
The admins made the most of our bulk upload feature to add their users to the platform and auto-assign all the training they needed, taking just a few minutes. The platform also lets them set up automatic reminders for users to take a course and assign courses automatically when an individual’s validity period has ended.
WSG staff have access to a wide range of courses on subjects – from environmental awareness and sustainability in the energy sector to lifting operations and dropped object prevention.
And the admins have total control. If they want to assign training, they can do it in a matter of seconds, without having to wait for a third party to help. They also have full visibility of user access, making it easy to remove users when people leave the business or create inactive users where appropriate.
Result
Within the first few weeks of using the platform, over 50 e-learning courses were completed by WSG staff, with completion certificates sent out automatically.
With one fixed cost, WSG knows what its training spend will be every month, making it easier to budget and plan for the future. Speaking of which, the WSG team has recently enquired about adding more Reuzer courses to its current offer. This will give their employees access to even more content, supporting upskilling and career progression.
