Overview –
Reuzer recently had the pleasure of collaborating on an Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) e-learning course with a leading global drilling organization.
Who
This client is a globally recognized organisation with decades of industry experience and an outstanding track record to provide best-in-class drilling operations for their customers.
What?
Our aim was to script and create a visually appealing and concise e-learning course to be delivered across the whole workforce of over 3,000 people.
From the off, our client had a clear vision of their end goal and as such maintained a high level of involvement throughout the production process, allowing this project to feel like a collaboration to achieve a common end goal.
The course was initially created in English, and shares the vision and progress already made within the organization, as well as defining some key terminology, company vision, and also touches on the United Nations 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDG’s). The course was then translated into Arabic and Thai.
We were very keen to avoid the use of this course to ‘tick a box’ and so we placed great emphasis on the interactive nature of the course. We created custom characters and played out some typical scenarios, as well as multiple interaction points and questions throughout the content. In addition, the course features a friendly and professional voice over, quality 2D animation, video and high quality photography.
Feedback
This course has been successfully deployed across the workforce and very well received. We’ve received some positive feedback for the course from the stakeholders we engaged with throughout the production process…
“This is a very well done job”.
